We're singing praise for this vacuum. We had it less than 12 hrs and already our neighbors bought one. And they're delighted too.We use ours in our condo in Maui, famous for being a dusty venue. We joyfully assembled it (easy to do) plugged it in and started playfully using our new Navigator. Immediately it was pulling dirt, dust, sand, food, small animals and lost silverware from our carpeting. In our 1050 sq. ft condo we vacuumed nearly a gallon of "stuff" the old vacuum missed. This vacuum really "sucks." We immediately chucked the Eureka behemoth we'd "relied" and hated for years, in the garbage. (We put "HAZMAT" warning on the damned thing.)This vacuum:* is exceptionally well built, maneuverable* is easy to empty the dust cup, clean the filtering system* has great tools* extra long hose attachment (included), etc.I am not one to gush over vacuums, but this one has earned a spot in our family. We will be writing it into our will along with our children and grand-children.Among other things I really like, I don't need to buy those phony-axx Hepa filters @ $9-20 each, that clog-up immediately. Just the saving from not having to buy those will easily pay for this vacuum.Much of the Shark product line appear to be "toys" or cheap "stuff." The Navigator is high quality, well engineered, practical, effective and amazing.Seeing me have such fun vacuuming absolutely delights my wife.PS We are leaving Maui early to go home to replace our "dirt bag" vacuum asap.
