First let me say that I have a Bissell Pro Heat and the darned thing has been a headache always. I wanted a solid carpet cleaner primarily for our two dogs though potty trained, I have an older beagle who is in failing health and has accidents. I found this item listed as used and called the owner of the store and spoke to Craig. He informed me the box had some damage but assured me the steamvac had never been used. Apparantly, Amazon is restrictive in there listings and will not allow you to list an item as new if there is external box damage. So, Craig stated he would check the contents for me and assured if there was a problem would allow me to return and even refund my shipping. I talked to him around lunch time and he had it shipped that day. We received it in 2 days. I received what was described and reassured by Craig. The company had placed a universal handbook for multiple models in the box which had nothing to do with Craig and his store and it was a bit confusing around the hand held feature which does not offer the spin brush action. No problem...we got around it. Easy to set up and man is it powerful. I love it and folks, I would highly recommend you give this store some business. The customer support was aces. Love the Hoover over the Bissell ten fold...thanks Craig and Amazon.
