I decided to wait for a bit to write my review to see how my "refurbished" dyson held up. When I received my Dyson, it was extremely well packaged and was sparkling clean....brand new!I have used this sweeper many times and love it....no problems at all with it. This was a replacement to my old dyson 07 that my contractor decided to use to sweep construction debris...another story!... The DC33 has an even better suction, sucks up even more dirt and has an improved hose/wand. The only thing that I don't care for with the hose is that it can be awkward in small, tight spaces. Overall, I love my Dyson!!The seller was also excellent....I recommend both!Happy Sweeping!
