Pros: great suction/cleaningTools on boardsoft brushMoves easily on back wheels when transporting while not in operation.Cons: Very heavy. The way it's built, tall folks have an advantage as the lower the handle is to the floor the more weight is supported by the operator. I'm 5'4" and 120 lbs and this is a real workout. My husband thinks it's heavy as well.Weak edge suction--better to use the hand tools but less convenient.Hose/wand is too short to reach even low ceiling corners (I have an old Kirby wand that fits the Procare wand that I use to extend the length)Vacuum tips over when stretching out the hose to use on board tools.Crevice wand is very short.Difficult to maneuver the on board wand at certain heights as it does not detach from hose, therefore, no shorter wand options are available and using just the hose itself is not possible.Whole machine has to be lifted to move from hard floor to an area rug.I won't return as shipping costs would be prohibitive but I doubt I'd have purchased if I'd been able to try this in a brick and mortar store.
