I got this to replace another cordless dirt devil i had for a number of years. It has an interesting design and i like the wall holder set up much.. but the higher setting for the vacuum is the shortest and no warning just stops when battery is to low. Also the vacuum head has a line of fur (?) behind the brush area. And when i push it forward that is nice but when you bring it back the line of fur just backs the dirt up. I have cat litter lines close to me that i have to manuever the head around the make sure i am going forward over it to get it up... I do like the interchangable pieces and they are pretty easy to change tho..update 3/12/13Now that i have had it awhile all the same issues are there. But i now have a new one. You have to hold the button in while vacumning and as you go the vac shuts off as if you are letting the button go. But i am not letting go. so you have to let the button go and regrab the button to turn it back on...repeatedly.. sometimes 10-15 times in 5 minutes...very annoying... knew i should not have let my husband talk me into this.
