I like this item. Sure it is a bit cheaper made. If you want something better then you have to pay more. The only problem I have is with the release control. This is located on the handle. It is what releases the cleaner down by the brushes. Mine is stiff. The way I got around it was to just pull up on the metal release valve (on top of plastic tank) and then push it all the way down to stop the liquid from flowing. So it is a tiny inconvenience. But I don't plan on scrubbing my floors like that everyday. I have all tile in my home. So I won't even use the carpet scrubbers. Anyway for the price I am very happy. Already used it. It's great.
