The vac itself is great. Great pickup, bagless canister works/empties well.It has the most stiff/rigid cord I can recall having on an indoor appliance. It's difficult to work with while vacuuming. You have to take extra special care that the cord doesn't kink because you'll be vacuuming away (I use it for the stairs and the area near the litter box - in my den) and pull the cord out of the wall. It doesn't coil nicely onto the machine itself either.I give the vac an A+, but the cord gets an F. I would not recommend this product for regular use.
