I purchased what I thought was a full power head central vacuum kit, only to find out (twice) that it is not a complete kit. The first time I thought there was a mistake, when I opened the box to find all the components (very nice) but the hose didn't have a power cord. So, I packed it back up and shipped it back. Amazon was great about it. They sent me a new one immediately while I shipped the other one back. To my surprise, the second kit also did not have a power hose. How in the world can someone sell a power head and hose combo, with a hose that doesn't have power? How are you supposed to use the thing? Static electricity????? Very confused by this kit.
